Change. Maybe change is essential. Maybe it is a requirement for us to grow, for us to make sense of the world, for us to let go of something and gain something else better. We can’t remain the same person all our lives. Through experiences, incidents or just as time passes, there is change in our thinking and how we see the world. Growth. Maturity. Life. Those three words keep coming back over and over again.
Change. People change. We, ourselves as an individual keep on changing as time passes. Maybe that is what makes us know ourselves better, that is how we can learn to love ourselves the most. Maybe you have to let go of who you were, to become who you will be. ‘ Once you lose yourself, you have two choices : Find the person you used to be, or lose that person completely.’

Don’t complicate the beginning. If you wanna change anything, just begin, and everything else will fall back into place. Just be strong for yourself. Fight with everything that comes in your way. Stand up to your thoughts, your feelings. But most importantly, believe in yourself. If you don’t, who will?
So maybe change is good, for us, for our lives. Or maybe not. There is always a maybe, because that is what everyone else like me is trying to figure out too.

Not pursuing, but creating happiness

Happiness. The ephemeral happiness. The kind of happiness that brings a

true, bright and real smile. A glow on your face. The twinkle in your eyes.

The one of a kind where you feel very good and warm inside, that makes

you sigh, for being this happy. Maybe for only a short period of time, but

still, after a very long time. We search for happiness all our lives, thinking

that it is maybe found in a certain person, a specific object or maybe an

amazingly beautiful place…but no. It is all about moments. That moment

when you bought a new dress, or the time when you got the highest marks

in a test. The feeling you got while just talking to someone special, or having

a good heartily laugh with your friends.

It is accepting yourself, in whichever state you are in. Appreciating what you

have.  Happiness is a mood, it’s a condition, not a destination. It is found

everywhere, and an arrive at your door any time. It comes and goes, it’s not

permanent.

It is a choice, not a result.

Nothing will make you happy until you choose to be happy.

We do not pursue happiness, but create and spread it around us.
